WHAT IS AN UNLICENSED MEDICINE OR SPECIAL?

In simple terms, its a medicinal product prescribed to a client that has no license within the United Kingdom but has a license within another country. When an unlicensed medicine has been prescribed, we require approval from the MHRA to import this product to distribute within the UK.

You will need to complete one of our account application forms. New accounts will usually be opened the same day that we receive the completed form.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To place an order we will require a signed copy of our order form.

Free next day delivery* is standard for stock line orders placed before 5pm.

Same day and Saturday deliveries are available, pricing for these services will be quoted upon request.

WHAT IS YOUR CUT OFF TIME?

Our cut off time for next day delivery of stock line orders is 5pm.

Orders for tariff/special lines have a cut off time of 4.30pm to ensure next day delivery.

You will be informed of any exceptions to this.

¿CUÁNTO TIEMPO LLEVA OBTENER UN PRODUCTO?

Podemos obtener la mayoría de los productos especiales del Reino Unido en un plazo de 48 horas. Si desea que obtengamos una línea fuera del Reino Unido, necesitaremos solicitar los permisos MHRA necesarios; por lo tanto, los plazos de entrega pueden variar.
